Hello, I’m Anjali Arora, the creator of The Flourishing Abode. To be honest, I’ve always been someone who enjoys her own company more than anything else.
I may not be the biggest fan of humans, but there are two things I absolutely adore: Animals and food. Yes, it’s true! My days are spent either cuddling with my dog, Shiro, or discovering new, mouthwatering dishes from all over the world. Shiro is my constant companion, always by my side whether I’m wandering alone in new cities or curled up on the couch enjoying a peaceful moment.
I’ve always had a special connection to travel, but not in the traditional sense. I love the idea of exploring new places at my own pace, discovering hidden gems, and most importantly, tasting all the unique flavors that each culture has to offer.
My favorite dishes are American and Italian, but I’m always up for trying something new, especially when it’s a dish I’ve never experienced before. Pizza, of course, holds a special place in my heart, but there’s something magical about diving into new culinary adventures.
