Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices of Monterey Jack cheese
  • ¼ lb deli turkey
  • 1 tomato sliced
  • 2 slices sourdough bread
  • 3 strips bacon
  • 1 tbsp butter

Red Wine Vinegar Mayo

  • 1 tsp red wine vinegar
  • fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp mayo

Instructions
 

  • In a small bowl, mix mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, and black pepper, then set aside.
  • Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, flipping as needed.
  • Once done, remove and set aside.
  • Place the turkey slices flat on a plate and warm them in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
  • Butter the outside of your bread slices, then layer with cheese, turkey, bacon, and tomato.
  • Spread the red wine vinegar mayo on the second slice of bread and place it on top to complete the sandwich.
  • Heat a skillet over medium-low heat, then add the sandwich.
  • Cook until the bread turns golden brown and the cheese melts.
  • Flip the sandwich carefully and cook the other side until equally golden.
  • Once done, slice the sandwich in half and serve immediately.
