Ingredients
  

  • 1 mint leaves, thinly sliced
  • 3 cups cherry and/or pear tomatoes, sliced in half
  • 1 tsp Coarse salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste oregano,
  • 2 tsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp shallots or green onions, finely chopped

  • 1 cup chopped cucumber, peeled
