Ingredients
  

  • 30 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 medium heirloom tomatoes
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil or drizzled to taste
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • ½ tsp sea salt or add more to taste
  • ¼ tsp ground black pepper
  • 6 oz burrata cheese

Instructions
 

  • Slice heirloom tomatoes into ⅓-inch thick slices and arrange them on a serving dish.
  • Halve the cherry tomatoes and place them on top of the sliced heirloom tomatoes.
  • Chop basil into small pieces and sprinkle it over the tomatoes.
  • Tear or cut the burrata into bite-sized pieces and scatter it over the salad.
  • Season with salt and pepper, then drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  • Serve immediately.
