Ingredients
  

  • 1 cucumber diced
  • 2 hard boiled eggs peeled and diced
  • 300 g crab sticks diced or fresh crab meat
  • ½ tsp black pepper or to taste
  • 2 tbsp fresh parsley finely chopped
  • ½ tsp salt or to taste
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise or to taste
  • 400 g canned corn drained
  • 1 small red onion diced
  • 2 tbsp fresh dill

Instructions
 

  • In a salad bowl, combine diced crab sticks, boiled eggs, red onion, cucumber, and corn kernels.
  • Add mayonnaise, salt, and pepper, then mix well until everything is evenly coated.
  • Stir in fresh dill and parsley, adjusting the mayonnaise and seasoning to taste.
  • Garnish with additional fresh herbs and serve alongside black rye bread and Russian zakuski such as pickles, charcuterie, cheeses, devilled eggs, blini with smoked salmon, and Russian salads.
