Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cups red onion, chopped
  • ½ cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 3 cups cauliflower florets (raw)
  • 1 tbsp Swerve, or other sweetener
  • 3 cups broccoli florets (raw)
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • ½ cup raw pecan pieces

Instructions
 

  • Cook the bacon using your preferred method.
  • Allow it to cool, then chop or crumble it, and set it aside.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, Swerve sweetener, and apple cider vinegar until smooth and well-combined.
  • Dice the raw broccoli florets, cauliflower, and onion into bite-sized pieces.

  • Transfer the vegetables to a large salad bowl.
