  • 2 tsp Italian seasoning

  • 4 chicken breasts, skin on or skinless
  • 1 tsp garlic granules
  • 2 tbsp flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 cup sour cream or heavy cream
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon
  • 3 tsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp cornstarch diluted in 2 tbsp cold water
  • 4 tbsp diced sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup white wine + ½ cup water OR 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika
  • 1 tsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Sprinkle chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and dried Italian herbs.

  • Heat butter and oil in a pan or browning slow cooker, pan-frying chicken skin-side down until golden.
