  • 1 cup almond flour

  • 2 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce or Coconut Aminos
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 2 tbsp Granular Sweetener

  • Combine almond flour, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a food processor, pulsing until the mixture forms coarse crumbs.
  • Transfer to a shallow bowl.
  • Beat eggs in a separate bowl to use for dipping.

  • Increase the air fryer temperature to 400°F and cook for an additional 4 minutes.
  • Adjust the time if using smaller shrimp.
  • Whisk together the sauce ingredients in a medium bowl until smooth.
  • Toss the cooked shrimp in the prepared sauce.
  • Serve the shrimp immediately.

  • Ensure the shrimp are spaced apart on the pan to promote even cooking.
  • To bake these in the oven, arrange the breaded shrimp on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes, then broil on high until golden. Flip and broil for an additional few minutes for even browning.
