- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ⅓ cup finely-chopped white or red onion
- ¼ tsp fine sea salt
- 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup light sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 bag fresh baby spinach, roughly chopped
- 1 brick low-fat cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 can quartered artichoke hearts, chopped and drained
Step 1: Melt butter in a small pan over medium heat. Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant. Remove from heat.
Step 2: Place softened cream cheese, sour cream, shredded cheese, drained spinach, chopped artichokes, and sautéed garlic into the crockpot.
