Ingredients
  

  • sliced cucumbers & baby tomatoes
  • ¼ tsp red pepper flakes
  • a pinch of flaky sea salt and black pepper over the top
  • 1 tbsp black olive tapenade store bought
  • 1 tbsp capers
  • 1 tbsp thinly sliced red onion
  • fresh dill sprigs optional
  • Pinch flaky sea salt
  • ¼ avocado sliced into
  • 2 oz smoked salmon
  • ½ tsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 hard boiled egg sliced
  • sprinkle of cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • banana
  • 1 slice sprouted bread or bread of choice
  • 1 tbsp almond butter
  • ¼ cup mixed berries, raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, etc
  • ¼ cup cottage cheese

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread until it’s lightly browned or reaches your preferred level of crispness.
  • Spread 1/4 cup of low-fat cottage cheese evenly over the warm toast.
  • If you’re adding nut butter or tapenade, spread those directly onto the toast first, then layer the cottage cheese on top.
  • Add your choice of toppings, whether sweet or savory, and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • Use thick, sturdy bread like sourdough or whole grain to prevent sogginess from the cottage cheese.
  • For extra flavor, sprinkle a pinch of sea salt, chili flakes, or a drizzle of honey on top.
