  • 3 large chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp Extra light olive oil, to saute
  • tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • cup all-purpose flour, or cornstarch or potato starch for gluten free
  • tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt , or to taste
  • 2 tsp large eggs
  • 4 oz mozzarella cheese

Garlic Aioli Dip

  • ¼ tsp salt
  • cup mayonnaise
  • ½ tbsp lemon juice1/8 tsp black pepper
  • 1 garlic clove, pressed

Instructions
 

  • Dice the chicken into 1/3-inch thick pieces and transfer them to a large mixing bowl.
