Ingredients
  

  • 1 large head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Buffalo Sauce

  • ½ cup Buffalo hot sauce
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

For Serving

  • Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
  • Celery sticks
  • Carrot sticks

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  • Add the cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
  • Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden and crispy.
  • In a small bowl, mix Buffalo sauce, melted butter, and honey if using.
  • Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss with the Buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
  • Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until caramelized and crispy.
  • Serve immediately with ranch dressing, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
