- 1 large head cauliflower cut into bite-sized florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Buffalo Sauce
- ½ cup Buffalo hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 tablespoon honey optional
For Serving
- Ranch dressing or blue cheese dressing
- Celery sticks

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, milk, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Add the cauliflower florets and toss until evenly coated.
Arrange the coated cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden and crispy.
In a small bowl, mix Buffalo sauce, melted butter, and honey if using.
Remove the cauliflower from the oven and toss with the Buffalo sauce mixture until fully coated.
Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5–10 minutes until caramelized and crispy.
Serve immediately with ranch dressing, celery sticks, and carrot sticks.
