- 1 medium ripe tomato
- 4 medium bagels everything bagel flavor
- 12 oz slices deli turkey breast
- ⅓ cup banana peppers sliced
- 1 medium cucumber
- 2 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 4 slices Colby jack cheese
- 4 leaves lettuce romaine or green leaf
- 1 small red onion
Slice the bagels in half and toast them until slightly golden.
While they toast, thinly slice the red onion into rings, slice the tomato, rinse and pat the lettuce dry, and slice the cucumber.
Once the bagels are ready, place them on a clean surface and spread Dijon mustard on each half.
