Ingredients
  

  • 1 can of pineapple juice, chilled
  • 1 quart ginger ale, chilled
  • 2 packages of frozen strawberries, thawed, or 2 pounds fresh strawberries
  • Ice
  • 2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Chop the strawberries into small pieces and place them in a large punch bowl, drink dispenser, or a pitcher that can hold at least a gallon.
  • Pour in the pineapple juice and lemon juice, stirring gently to combine.
  • Just before serving, add the ginger ale and ice, stirring lightly to preserve the fizz.
  • Serve immediately while chilled.

Notes

  • Blend the strawberries with a portion of the juice before mixing everything together.
  • To add an extra layer of flavor, muddle some of the strawberries before adding the juices.
  • Swap ginger ale with club soda for a lighter, less sweet version, or use lemon-lime soda for extra sweetness.
