  • Boil water in a kettle or saucepan, then pour over jasmine tea leaves or bags. Let steep for 5 minutes until fragrant and the tea is a pale golden color. Remove the tea leaves or bags and set aside to cool slightly.

  • While the tea cools, place sliced strawberries and sugar into a small saucepan. Pour in a little water and heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the berries soften and the mixture thickens into a vibrant pink syrup, about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool.
