Ingredients
  

  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup frozen spinach, chopped thoroughly drained
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 0.5 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or mozzarella
  • 1 cup chopped artichoke hearts canned or jarred, well drained
  • to taste salt and pepper adjust according to taste
  • optional hot sauce or cayenne pepper for a spicy kick

Instructions
 

  • Step 1: Place a medium skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
  • Step 2: Add minced garlic and cook for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
  • Step 3: Stir in drained spinach and chopped artichokes. Cook for 2–3 minutes.
  • Step 4: Add softened cream cheese and stir until melted and smooth.
  • Step 5: Mix in sour cream and shredded cheese. Stir until fully combined.
  • Step 6: Add salt, pepper, and optional hot sauce or cayenne pepper.
  • Step 7: Cook for another 2–3 minutes until fully heated and smooth.
  • Step 8: Remove from heat and serve immediately.
