  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground
  • 1 cup vegetable broth or chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream optional for creaminess

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Arrange the tomatoes and garlic cloves on a baking sheet. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle with salt and pepper. Toss gently to coat everything evenly.
