- 1 can canned tuna in oil or water drained
- 4-6 radishes radishes sliced thin
- 2 cups mixed leafy greens washed and dried
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice freshly squeezed

Start by opening the can of tuna, draining off excess liquid, and flaking it into a large mixing bowl.
