Ingredients
  

  • 45 ml vodka a neutral, smooth vodka
  • 15 ml green apple schnapps adds a sharp, juicy green apple flavor
  • 10 ml grenadine creates a haunting red swirl
  • 15 ml lime juice brightens with citrus zing
  • 10 ml black vodka for a shadowy hue and shimmer

Instructions
 

  • Fill your shaker with plenty of ice and chill your martini glasses in the freezer for a few minutes to keep everything icy.
  • Add the vodka, green apple schnapps, grenadine, and lime juice to the shaker.
  • Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until the outside of the shaker feels frosty and beads form, releasing a cracking, icy sound.
  • Remove the glasses from the freezer and strain the mixture into each glass through a fine mesh strainer, tilting slightly to create a gentle swirl as the red sinks and the green hovers on top.
  • For a layered, spooky effect, slowly pour a splash of black vodka over the back of a teaspoon held just above the surface of the drink; it will settle naturally and add an eerie shadowy hue.
  • Let the drink sit for a minute or two so the colors swirl and settle into a mesmerizing nightmare. Serve immediately, perhaps with a spooky garnish or a straw to complete the look.

Notes

For extra shimmer, sprinkle a tiny pinch of edible shimmer powder on top before serving. Adjust layering slowly for the most dramatic swirling effect.
