Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium pineapple, diced Fresh or canned
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped Toasted for extra flavor
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice Freshly squeezed
  • 1 tablespoon honey Adjust sweetness to taste
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions
 

  • Dice the pineapple into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

  • Chop the walnuts and toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.

  • In a small bowl, juice the limes and whisk in honey until fully combined.

  • Add the toasted walnuts to the bowl with the pineapple.
