Instructions
Dice the pineapple into bite-sized pieces and place them in a mixing bowl.

Chop the walnuts and toast them in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant, about 3-5 minutes.

In a small bowl, juice the limes and whisk in honey until fully combined.
