Instructions
Grind the chocolate wafer cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.

In a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder and the ground wafer cookie crumbs.

In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

Fold the whipped cream mixture gently into the cocoa and cookie mixture until well combined.

Place a large piece of parchment paper on a flat surface and spread the chocolate mixture evenly across it to form a rectangle.
Using the parchment paper, carefully roll the mixture into a log shape, tightly securing it as you go.
Wrap the rolled Swiss roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.
Notes
For best results, allow the Swiss roll to chill overnight. Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy center!
