Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream for whipping
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder for cake flavor
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups chocolate wafer cookies ground into crumbs

Instructions
 

  • Grind the chocolate wafer cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine the cocoa powder and the ground wafer cookie crumbs.

  • In another bowl, whip the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.

  • Fold the whipped cream mixture gently into the cocoa and cookie mixture until well combined.

  • Place a large piece of parchment paper on a flat surface and spread the chocolate mixture evenly across it to form a rectangle.
  • Using the parchment paper, carefully roll the mixture into a log shape, tightly securing it as you go.
  • Wrap the rolled Swiss roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before slicing.

Notes

For best results, allow the Swiss roll to chill overnight. Serve chilled and enjoy the creamy center!
