  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup white sugar

  • ¾ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • cup granulated sugar for decoration

Instructions
 

  • Begin by mixing all the ingredients except the flour in a bowl.
