Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups ripe mango chunks
  • 1 cup mango puree
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • ½ cup sugar or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Blend the mango chunks into a smooth puree.
  • In a large bowl, combine mango puree, heavy cream, milk, sugar, vanilla extract, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer’s instructions until creamy.
  • Transfer the ice cream to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  • Freeze for at least 4–6 hours until firm.
  • Let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes before scooping and serving.
  • Serve chilled with fresh mango cubes if desired.
