  • ½ cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white whole wheat flour
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cornstarch
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • 1 cup granulated sweetener of choice
  • ¼ cup coconut oil melted

  • Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a large baking sheet with parchment paper.
