- 1 package Knorr Rice Sides
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into chunks
- ¼ cup cherry tomatoes
- 5 green onions, sliced into 2-inch pieces2 cups boiling water
- 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 medium zucchini and/or yellow squash, cut into thirds
- ¼ cup sliced carrots
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
