Ingredients
  

  • 6 Oz Gruyere cheese shredded
  • ¼ Tsp cayenne pepper
  • 4 Cups cooked turkey chopped
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Eggs beaten
  • 1 Tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp fresh diced sage or chopped parsley
  • ½ Cup heavy cream
  • 4 Oz Sliced mushrooms
  • ½ onion diced
  • 2 stalks celery finely diced
  • 1 Tsp minced garlic
  • ½ Cup Heavy cream

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F.
  • Heat oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add onion, celery, and mushrooms to the skillet.
  • Cook for 10 minutes until the onion is tender and mushrooms release their liquid.
  • Stir in garlic and sage, then sprinkle with cayenne pepper.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Cook for 1 more minute.
  • Add the turkey and mix everything together.
  • Transfer the turkey mixture into a 9x9 casserole dish.
  • In a small bowl, combine eggs and heavy cream.
  • Then pour over the turkey mixture
  • Top with cheese and bake for 30 minutes.
  • Then broil for 2 minutes to brown the top.
