  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta or blue cheese: Feta adds a tangy creaminess that contrasts the salty bacon while blue cheese gives it a sharper flavor. Use whichever you prefer or mix both for a more complex taste.
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil good quality extra-virgin: Olive oil forms the base of the dressing, contributing a rich, smooth flavor.

Instructions
