- ¼ cup fresh basil leaves roughly chopped
- 1 oz sun-dried tomatoes finely sliced
- 1½ tsp tomato extract
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 4 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning or oregano
- 4 garlic cloves minced
- 1½ lbs skinless and boneless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
