  • ¾ cup crushed pork rinds
  • 4 oz grated sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ package cream cheese, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 3 cups chopped, cooked broccoli
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup sliced almonds
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  • Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
