Ingredients
  

Cream Cheese Filling

  • ¼ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp dried dill
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • tsp celery salt
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Chicken

  • ¼ tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 4 slices of bacon chopped
  • 4 small chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp oil
  • ¼ tsp salt

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F and grease a 13 x 9-inch baking dish and set it aside.
  • Pound the four chicken breasts to ¼-inch thickness and season both sides with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  • Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat to add diced bacon and cook until crispy.
  • Remove the bacon but retain the grease in the pan.
  • Melt butter in the same pan, then add the chicken breasts to roast each side properly.
  • Place the seared chicken breasts into the prepared baking dish and pour the pan juices over them.
  • In a small bowl, whisk the cream cheese with spices until smooth and well combined.
  • Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly on each chicken breast and sprinkle half cooked bacon on top.
  • Bake for 15 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and the cheese is melted.
  • Remove from the oven and serve immediately while hot.
