Ingredients
  

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ tbsp bouillon powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp salt to taste
  • 1 bunch scallion
  • ½ cabbage medium
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions
 

  • Wash the cabbage thoroughly and pat it dry with a clean towel.
  • Chop the cabbage into smaller, manageable pieces.
  • Place the chopped cabbage in a food processor and use the chop function to shred it into rice-sized bits.
  • Finely chop the red bell pepper and scallions into small pieces.
  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-low heat.
  • Add the chopped bell pepper and scallions to the skillet and sauté for 1–2 minutes.
  • Add the shredded cabbage to the skillet along with salt, black pepper, and bouillon powder.
  • Stir the mixture well and cook until the cabbage starts to soften.
  • Continue cooking on medium heat for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally to ensure even cooking.
