- ½ tbsp bouillon powder
- 1 tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp salt to taste
- 1 bunch scallion
- ½ cabbage medium
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Wash the cabbage thoroughly and pat it dry with a clean towel.
