Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 5 minutes.
Mix the seasonings in a small bowl and set aside.
Place the chicken breasts on a cutting board or plate, and use a basting brush to coat both sides evenly with oil.
Sprinkle the seasoning mixture evenly over both sides of the chicken.
Arrange the chicken breasts in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 18–20 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Use an instant-read thermometer to check for an internal temperature of 155°F to 160°F (68°C to 71°C) at the thickest part of the chicken.
Remove the chicken from the air fryer and let it rest for 5–10 minutes to allow carryover cooking to bring the internal temperature to 165°F (74°C).
To make chicken cutlets, slice each chicken breast horizontally in half to create thinner pieces.
Coat each piece with oil and season both sides evenly.
Place the chicken cutlets in the air fryer basket and cook at 370°F (190°C) for 10–15 minutes, flipping at the 4-minute mark.
Check for doneness after 8 minutes using an instant-read thermometer, ensuring the internal temperature reaches 155°F to 160°F (68°C to 71°C).
Allow the chicken to rest for 5–10 minutes before serving, ensuring it reaches the safe temperature of 165°F (74°C).
Serve the juicy chicken and garnish it with freshly chopped cilantro.
