  • 1 cup Irish stout or dark beer
  • 2 tablespoons honey for glaze
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme chopped

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove the salmon from the marinade and place it skin-side down on a baking dish lined with parchment paper or lightly greased.
