Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking soda, and ground cinnamon.

Add the grated carrots, melted butter, and eggs to the dry mixture, and stir until well combined.

Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
Bake in the preheated oven for 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
