- 1 cup almond milk or coconut water light and slightly sweet
- 1 tablespoon lemon or lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 teaspoon honey or agave syrup optional, for sweetness
- 1 teaspoon chia seeds or hemp hearts optional, for added fiber
