  • Preheat your oven with a baking sheet or pizza stone inside to 475°F (245°C), allowing it to get nice and hot for a crispy crust.

  • Punch down the rested dough and turn it out onto a floured surface. Roll or stretch the dough into your desired-sized circle, about 12 inches in diameter. Transfer it carefully onto a piece of parchment paper or a pizza peel if using a pizza stone.

Notes
