Ingredients
  

  • ¼ cup maple syrup or brown sugar
  • 1 cup steel cut oats
  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 apple peeled and shredded
  • tsp salt
  • cups water

Instructions

  • Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker and stir thoroughly to mix.
