Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 5 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup half and half cream

Instructions
 

  • In a 2.5 to 4-quart crockpot, combine milk, cream, sugar, chocolate chips, and cocoa powder, whisking until the cocoa dissolves.

  • Add mini marshmallows on top, cover, and turn off the slow cooker.
  • Let it rest for 5 minutes, allowing the marshmallows to soften.
