  • 1 cup chopped yellow onion
  • 4 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 container sour cream

Instructions
 

  • Combine hash brown potatoes, shredded Cheddar cheese, condensed soup, sour cream, chopped onion, milk, seasoned salt, minced garlic, and half of the cheese-flavored crackers in your slow cooker.
