- 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
- ½ cup unsalted butter sliced
- 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
