Ingredients
  

  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Cajun seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Instructions
 

  • Place the chicken thighs in the bottom of the slow cooker in an even layer.
  • Sprinkle the Cajun seasoning, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper evenly over the chicken.
  • Arrange the butter slices on top of the seasoned chicken.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 5 to 6 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours until the chicken is tender and cooked through.
  • Add the lemon juice and gently stir the chicken into the buttery Cajun sauce.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
