Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ cup butter
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ cup milk chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Place the flour in a microwave-safe dish and microwave it for 1 minute and 15 seconds, stirring every 15 seconds, then set it aside to cool.
