This hearty Breakfast Pizza brings together crispy bacon, scrambled eggs, sautéed veggies, and gooey cheese, all piled onto a flour tortilla. It’s the perfect way to start your day with something indulgent yet fresh!

Shredded potatoes
Chopped onions
Chopped redorange, and yellow peppers
1fresh tomatochopped
1egg
Pizza sauce
Flour tortillas
2piecesof bacon per pizza
Fiesta blend cheese
Chopped avocadofor topping
Sour creamfor topping
Instructions
Cook the Potatoes: Start cooking the shredded potatoes in a pan on the stove.
Prepare the Veggies: Chop up the peppers, onion, and tomato. Add the onions to the pan with the potatoes and sauté them together.
Cook the Peppers: In another frying pan, sauté the chopped peppers until they soften and caramelize.
Scramble the Egg: Scramble the egg in a bowl and cook it in a separate pan.
Assemble the Pizza: Heat a tortilla in a frying pan over medium heat. Spoon some pizza sauce over the tortilla. Spread the cooked potato and onion mixture evenly over the sauce.
Add Cheese and Egg: Sprinkle a little cheese over the potatoes. Spread the scrambled egg on top of the cheese.
Top with Peppers and Bacon: Add the sautéed peppers to the pizza, followed by chopped or torn pieces of crispy bacon. Top with more cheese.
Check and Serve: Cook until the tortilla is slightly brown and firm on the bottom and the cheese is melted. Remove from heat and top with chopped avocado and a dollop of sour cream. Serve immediately and enjoy!
