- 2 Celery stalks
- 2 carrots
- ½ inch small piece of Ginger, peeled
- 1 small red Beetroot
- ½ Lemon or Lime
- 1 large Apple
Wash all produce thoroughly. Peel the beetroot and ginger.
Chop the beetroot, carrots, apple, and celery into juicer- or blender-friendly pieces.
Add all ingredients to a juicer, or place them in a blender with a splash of water.
Blend until completely smooth if using a blender.
Strain the juice through a fine mesh strainer if desired.
Squeeze in fresh lemon or lime juice and stir well.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
