Ingredients
  

  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lb Jumbo size cooked shrimp
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ¼ cup barbecue sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 10 slices of bacon, cut in half

Instructions
 

  • In a medium bowl, mix garlic salt, chili powder, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and BBQ sauce until well combined.
  • Add the shrimp to the bowl and stir until the shrimp is fully coated in the sauce.
  • Take a half slice of bacon and wrap it around each shrimp.
  • Secure the bacon with a toothpick or metal skewer.
  • After skewering, pour the sauce over the shrimp to ensure they are evenly covered.
  • Preheat your air fryer to 370°F (188°C) for 4 minutes.
  • Arrange the wrapped shrimp in the air fryer basket.
  • Optionally, pour any remaining sauce over the shrimp.
  • Set the air fryer to shrimp mode or adjust to 360°F (182°C).
  • Cook the shrimp for 8 minutes, ensuring the bacon is crispy and shrimp is cooked through.
  • Serve with chopped cilantro on top and drizzle extra sauce over it.

  • Make sure the bacon is wrapped tightly around the shrimp to ensure it stays in place during cooking.
  • Check the shrimp's internal temperature to ensure it reaches 145°F (63°C) before serving.
