Today we arrive in Boston! WooT! Fun stuff – you know, like unloading the moving truck. I can’t wait to start exploring the city! In the meantime, here are some Boston-themed finds from Etsy – links below so you can check them out more fully. I think it is amazing to see where different artisans draw their inspiration from, whether it is a geographical location, or something more abstract, the possibilities are endless. And these all sing “Boston” to me. Don’t you wish you were here? ;)

ahah finally there so ^,^
i’m curious to hear about your impression in there… i never been in Boston, really, i never been in USA, only see it in movies or in my pictures’ friends
I love it! I’m sure I’ll be talking about it more in the future … Monday is when we first arrived so I didn’t have much time for a full in-depth post about it, but I’m loving it! :)
So excited for you! Yes, we have been to Boston more than once:) Enjoyed the Freedom Trail and just being in a big city. So rich in history and fun!
Yes, yes, yes! It was so nice to have some time with you, even thought it was short :)
Ahhh this post is making me homesick! Not for Boston but New England in general. I do like Boston though fun stuff to see and be around!
Yeah, New England in general definitely has it’s own feel. :)
Good luck with moving. I always really liked Boston because it feels kinda like a small town even though it’s a city. Lots of cute shops too. :)
Thanks! Moving is definitely is big process. :)
How exciting! My sister was there a few months ago for work and just raved about it. She said there’s a ton of cool historical stuff to see. :-) Good luck with unpacking!
Oh, yes, I love history and I can’t wait to start taking advantage of all the amazing things around here :)
Oh, I’ve never plucked a rooster and I am not too good at ping-pong
And I’ve never thrown my mashed potatoes up against the wall
And I’ve never kissed a chipmunk, and I’ve never gotten head lice
And I have never been to Boston in the fall (or any other time of year for that matter)
*singing* We are the pi-ii-rates who don’t do anything..
I love the teeny tiny embroidery necklace, what a brilliant idea, I have to give it a try.
My friend Danielle of MerriweatherCouncil (linked at the end of the post) is an amazing fiber artist – you should definitely check out her shop, she does a beautiful job. I have one of her necklaces and I love it!
Great finds! And good luck with your move. I use to visit Boston all the time and always had a blast there. :)
Thanks! It’s been stressful but fun, of course. And I’m loving Boston!
I’m just thrilled for you all! Hope we can visit you there someday. I went to Boston once almost 12 years ago. Got horrible blisters on my feet from wearing my brand new Doc Martens. Ha! It’s a bit fuzzy, but I just loved the old historic feel of the city. So much to see and do! Someday I want to take my kiddos to the Public Garden from Make Way for Ducklings.
Oh, yes, we so hope you all will come visit! And we hope to come visit y’all too :)
How exciting! I hope you enjoy it there!
Thanks! I’m certain we will! :D
I’d like to be there, Boston is a fantastic city!!! i’m really excited for you !!!
Aw, thanks, I’m excited too! :D
Yeah!! Excited for you and for all those people whose lives are about to be touched by you “guys”.

Awesome! I was just wondering yesterday how it was going!
Welcome to the neighborhood!
Hope the move went smoothly and thanks so much for including my photo in your great collection. If you’re ever in the Salem area, let me know and I’ll do my best to guide you to some fun spots to enjoy!
What a beautiful city – I have never been and would love to take the fam sometime.
